Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy asks a lot of your body. One week your body feels familiar & the next thing you know you’re wondering where this new ache came from. As your baby grows, it’s common to experience body aches & swelling. Prenatal massage is designed to support your ever-changing body. Which gives you space to slow down, breathe, & feel more at ease.
Postpartum Massage
After months of growing your baby (now newborn) it’s easy to put your own needs at the bottom of the list. Whether you’re recovering from a vaginal birth or cesarean, navigating feeding, carrying your little one, or still processing the emotions from birth, your body has been through a lot. Postpartum massage gives you permission to slow down & restore comfort in yourself.
For those recovering from a cesarean birth, treatment may also include scar work when appropriate.
Therapeutic Massage
When pain, tension, or restricted movement have become part of your daily normal, therapeutic massage can help. Sessions focus on relieving discomfort, improving mobility, & addressing areas that need the most attention, while still feeling nurturing & restorative.
Each treatment is customized to your goals & how your body is showing up that day.
Nervous System Support
Depleted. Disconnected. Running on empty but unable to slow down. Sometimes the body needs more than muscle work. It needs permission to rest. This type of session creates space for your nervous system to downregulate. It can leave you feeling more grounded & present.
TMJ & Jaw Pain Relief
Clenching, grinding, chronic headaches, migraines, neck tension
TMJ dysfunction can quietly affect your sleep, your concentration, & your quality of life. TMJ massage focuses on muscles of the jaw, face & neck to reduce tension & improve function. For some clients, treatments may also include intraoral techniques to address deeper layers of restriction.

What to Expect
Before hands ever meet the body, we talk. Together we will figure out what your body needs. We'll talk through your goals, any areas that need extra attention, or anything you’d like me to work around. From there, your massage is shaped entirely around you. Some days that looks like deep therapeutic work. Other days, your nervous system just needs to exhale. Most sessions include a little of both.
My goal is simple: I’m here to help you feel better in your body.

Priced on Individual Massage Rates, plus an additional travel fee of $40 over 25 miles.
My Tipping Policy
At Renewing Rhythm, I believe in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for my clients. I operate on a no-tip policy. I value the idea that exceptional service should be an expectation, not an additional cost.
